In view of the ongoing state of affairs, we have come up with certain policy changes for the clients with existing bookings with us so that they do not incur any losses.

The changes include:

• If you cancel your booking before more than 24 hours from the time of the tour, you will be provided with a full refund.

• If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the time of the tour, you will be provided with a redeemable voucher equivalent to the full booking amount.

• If the tour gets cancelled because of the closure of the attraction you were scheduled to visit, our team will make sure that you get a full refund for the cancelled tour.

Our Efforts at Keeping You Updated

Keeping the severity of the situation in mind, we are in constant touch with global authorities so that we don’t miss out any information that may be of value to us and our clients.

We are making sure that our online portals are regularly updated with correct information with regards to tours that are currently operational and the ones that are inactive for the time being so that our clients are not mislead.

For clients who already have bookings with us, we are in constant touch with them and will proactively inform them about any changes that may affect their tour.
